I've been going to this restaurant for years. The food has always been very good and the service fine. The last time I was there a new waitress was being trained...she was overwhelmed. We didn't mind the inconvenience but felt so sorry for her. I'm sure she will always remember the night. I would suggest training on a slow night vs weekend of 4th of July. Her boss seemed sympathetic . . . I hope she will be our waitress the next time we eat there
Staff is great makes you feel at home .food is the same way great you will not leave hungry.
Great variety on the menu, home cooked meals and a fresh salad bar. Good atmosphere , great prices and friendly staff.

We had great service here! Very attentive waitress. However, that doesn't makeup for the "steak" I was served. It was supposedly a ribeye on special but it looked more like a thinly sliced sirloin, and tasted bland like ground beef. I had asked for it to be cooked medium rare and it came out well done, with no pink spots in the center. Potatoes were okay. I like the salad bar with the whole beets, and they do have pretty good pies/cakes.
